The District takes your complaint very seriously. The District strives to timely resolve complaints as they are reported. The nature of the complaint determines the priority level of urgency to assist the District with managing the volume of complaints received. Please view the PRIORITY LEVELS approved by the Board of Directors.

Please Note: The CSD is enforcing CC&Rs and following up on complaints received, however, to protect the safety of the staff and residents we will only be following up on cases that can be viewed from the street. CSD staff are not permitted to enter a resident’s home or rear yard.
