The El Dorado Hills Community Services District offers youth sports year-round and depending on the season.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL grades 4th - 12th
This recreational league allows girls to learn volleyball in both
a fun and competitive environment. Practices and games are
one day a week each, with games beginning the week of March
30. Participants receive a team jersey and an award. Alternate
grade combinations may occur due to numbers. Players are highly
encouraged to attend evaluations, but not mandatory. (see receipt
for date & times).

NFL Youth Flag Football          grades 2nd - 8th
The Coed league focuses on fundamentals, teamwork and improving
individual skills in a competitive yet fun environment. Participants
receive an official NFL jersey, and an award. Practices are one day a
week with games on Saturday’s beginning on March 28. Game times
may start as early as 12pm. Players are highly encouraged to attend
evaluations, but not mandatory. (see receipt for date & times).

SA Shotokan Karate                             ages 7 - adult
Instructor: Paul Charnow
This Japanese style of karate provides students a healthy
balance between physical exercise and mental discipline.
This results in improved coordination, focus, and self
confidence. This class accommodates all student levels from
beginner to black belt. Each new student will be supplied a
Gi to wear in class.
No class 3/27, 4/10
Location: CSD Gym Exercise Room

First time Student: $75 for first two months
Monthly: $96 / $10 sibling discount
3 month Rate/one person: $258
3 month Rate/ Family of three: $654
