Rental-Field
The District reserves the fields listed below. The Park & Field Use Application is required to reserve a field. All fees are due at the time the application is submitted. The District reserves up to 12 months in advance. If you are not sure if the field is available, please contact our office at (916) 933-6624. After the District has received the application and fees, it takes 24 hours for final approval of a rental request. Special Event request approvals vary depending on the size of the event, therefore there is no set approval period.
Youth or Adult Sports League rentals, please contact Frank Sianez at (916) 614-3223 or by email at fsianez@edhcsd.org for field availability and fees.
The District does rent specific fields for use:
Softball fields: Mitchell Field, Bass Lake Field, Community Park North, Community Park South, Community Park East, Allen Lindsey East, Allen Lindsey West, Stephen Harris Field, Promontory East, Promontory West
Soccer fields: Promontory North and Promontory South
Special Events. Occasionally, the District does get requests for special events. These requests are handled on a case by case basis and require special approval. A supplement to the Park & Field Use Application is available as a Navigation Link and is required to be completed with the Park & Field Use Application. Application Fees are determined by the location, resident or non-resident and length of rental.
