Ages 7 - Adult
This Japanese style of karate provides students a healthy balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. This results in improved coordination, focus, and self confidence. This class accommodates all student levels from beginner to black belt. Each new student will be supplied a Gi to wear in class. Instructor: Paul Charnow
No class 3/28 & 3/30. On-line registration is not available for this class.


NFL Youth Flag Football

Grades 2nd - 8th • $160/$175 after 1/26
March 5th - May 19th

League focuses on fundamentals, teamwork and improving individual skills in a competitive yet fun environment. Participants receive an official NFL jersey, set of flags and personalized award. Practices are one day a week with games on Saturdays beginning in March. All players must attend a player evaluation (see receipt for date & times). Registration Deadline: Friday, 1/26 or when full.

Girls Volleyball

Grades 4th - 12th • $160/$175 after 2/9
March 5th - May 24th

This recreational league allows girls to learn volleyball in both a fun and competitive environment. Practices and games are one day a week each, with games beginning in April. Participants receive a team jersey and a personalized award. Alternate grade combinations may occur due to numbers. Players must attend and evaluation (see receipt for dates and time). No practices or games 3/26-3/30.  Registration Deadline: Friday, 2/9 or when full.


ages 7-9  • $60
Participants will focus on reaction skills, hand-eye coordination, value of teamwork and most importantly, having fun. Teams are formed each week based on age and play round-robin games.

High School Flag Football
grades 9th - 12th  •
Focus is on improving individual skills and learning the value of teamwork in a competitive environment. Teams will be drafted by captains prior to the start of the season. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of seven games. No games 4/1 & 5/13.

Try Archery

ages 8 - adult  •  $35
If you've been curious about how to get started in Archery, the El Dorado Hills Bowmen invite you to join us to "Try Archery". No experience or equipment necessary. Our USA Archery Certified instructors will take you through shooting and equipment basics, and teach you what it takes to get started in the great sport of Archery. (Previously called Beginning Archery.)

Learn to Kayak
ages 14* & up  •  $73

"Seize the Day" and leave your worries and fears behind you! This small group class is the easiest way for anyone to try kayaking. Our stable kayaks and experienced instructors will show you how simple, safe and fun kayaking really is. Did you know that kids and women usually pick it up the quickest? Bring a friend and make a great day of it exploring the Lake's hidden spots and learning the basics of how to be under your own power on the water.

U.K. International Soccer Camp
"The Ultimate Soccer Challenge"

Camp emphasizes fundamental skills for players ages 4-16 and progresses to a more challenging approach on individual skills and techniques. Scrimmages will improve technical and tactical knowledge. Groups are formed according to age. Fee includes a camp Tee-shirt, soccer ball and evaluation certificate. All players must have shin guards and cleats to participate.

All play on Friday afternoons. This program is a low pressure, fun way to begin competition match play. A USPTA certified teaching Professional will be present each week to help with match play tactics. Champions receive trophies. Note: Instructor approval required.
