Ages 7 - Adult

This Japanese style of karate provides students a healthy balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. This results in improved coordination, focus, and self confidence. This class accommodates all student levels from beinner to black belt. Each new student will be supplied a Gi to wear in class. Instructor: Paul Charnow
No class 11/10. On-line registration is not available for this class.


NFL Flag Football

Grades 2nd-8th • $160/$175 after 7/14
August 21 through October 28
Grade 2 •   Grade 3  •  Grade 4  •  Grade 5  •  Grade 6  • Grade 7-8 
League focuses on fundamentals, teamwork and imporving individual skills in a competitive yet fun environment.  Participants receive an official NFL jersey, set of flags and personalized award.  Practices are one day a week with games on Satrudays beginning in September.  All players must attend a player evaluation (see receipt for dates & times).  Registration Deadline: Friday, 7/14 or when full.

Youth Dodgeball

ages 7 - 13 • $60
Fridays, Sept 8 - Sept 29
Catch Dodgeball fever! Introduce your child to this fast action and popular indoor sport. Dodgeball allows your child to improve hand-eye coordination, learn the value of teamwork, build self-esteem and above all, have fun!  Registration Deadline: Friday, 9/1 or when full.

High School Flag Football

grades 9 - 12 • $400/team

This league's focus is on improving individual skills and learing the value of teamwork in a competitive environment. Call Registration office at 916-933-6624 ext. 0 to be put on interest list for drafting purposes.  Registration Deadline: 8/18/17

Girls Volleyball

Grades 4th - 12th • $160/$175 after 7/28
August 21 through November 9

This recreational league allows girls to learn the game of volleyball in both a fun and competitive environment. Practices and games are one day a week beginning in August. Alternate grade combinations may occur due to numbeers. All players must attend a player evaluation (see receipt for dates & times).  Registration Deadline: Friday, 7/28 or when full.

Fall Youth Basketball

Grades 1st - 10th • $160/$175 after 7/7
August 21 through October 28
Grade 1st/2nd •   Grade 3  •  Grade 4  •  Grade 5th/6th  •  Grade 7th/8th  • Grade 9th/10th 
This recreational league focuses on skill building, teamwork and learning the fundamentals of the game. Games are played on Saturday mornings at the CSD Gym (or other local gyms depending on the number of teams). Full court games are played for 3rd grade and above. Practices are one day a week with games on Saturdays beginning in August. Players must attend one of two evaluation dates. Grades may be altered if necessary to form teams. Registration Deadline: Friday, 7/7 or when full.

Try Archery (Previously called Beginning Archery)

Age 8 - Adult • $35
Summer Classes 8:45am- 11:30am
If you've been curious about how to get started in Archery, the El Dorado Hills Bowmen invite you to join us to "Try Archery". No experience or equipment necessary. Our USA Archery Certified instructors will take you through shooting and equipment basics, and teach you what it takes to get started in the great sport of Archery.

This level is a graduation from QuickStart tennis. Designed to teach solid fundamentals and stroke production with an introduction to match play. Focused on developing a great technique while learning the basics of match play.

Junior Development

Ages 12-16 • $120/6 classes

Designed to teach solid fundamentals and stroke production with an introduction to match play. Focused on developing a great technique while learning the basics of match play. Strategy is taught and players are being prepared for low-level competition.


Junior League Match Play • $110/6 classes
Ages 12-16  Fridays 5:30-7pm 9/15-10/20 & 11/3-12/15
Ages 9-11 Fridays 4-5:30pm 9/29-11/3


All play on Friday afternoons. This program is a low pressure, fun way to begin competition match play. A USPTA certified teaching Professional will be present each week to help with match play tactics. Champions receive trophies.


Tournament Level Group

Ages 13-17 • $165/6 classes 
Mondays 5:30-7pm
Jan-May Registration

Dedicated to the competitive player. Technique, strategy, conditioning and mental toughness will be emphasized as these players work towards their tennis goals This group is being prepared for the highest level of competition. Players must be approved by the teaching professional to qualify.
