The Spring Bunny will be hopping into El Dorado Hills Community Pool to make a big splash with local boys and girls! A basket will be provided for children to join in an aquatics egg hunt with plastic eggs floating on top and scattered along the bottom of the pool. Eggs will be exchanged for goodies. Aqua-Egg Hunt will start 30 minutes after start SHARP! Gates will open 2pm and the Spring Bunny will be available for photos. Egg hunt starts at 2pm sharp.

Lifeguard Training Academy
Sunday 3/19-4/9 8am-5pm •$210/4 sessions
Want to be a lifeguard this summer? Plan now and get signed up for this certification class that most community pools require. American Red Cross instructors will certify you in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and Title 22 First Aid. Includes lecture, videos and skill practice session in and our of the water. Participants must pass a Swim Test to participate in the class.
Water Polo Clinic
Ages 8-14 • $145/8 classes
Sunday, March 5-April 30 •10am-12pm
Water Polo is an exciting, face-paced game that incorporates athletic elements from soccer, basketball, football, rugby, wrestling, and of course, swimming. Participants will learn basic skills and strategies of Water Polo including: ball control, passing, shooting, game plays and set-up. Instructor: Patrick Foster, ORHS Water Polo Coach
TAZ Spring Swim Clinic
Ages 5-19 • $95
Schedule & Registration
Spring into action with the TAZ Swim Team coaches and get a head start on your summer swim season. Sign up for the class that fits your child’s swim level. If you are not sure what level that to place your child in then contact Coach Jenn at email@example.com. New for this spring is the option to sign up for two sessions allowing swimmers more time in the pool. Sessions will be held rain or shine. No make-ups or refunds. Note: Coaches may move swimmers to a different level if needed.
•Level 1 (ages 5 - 9) Swimmers with little or no swim team experience and a novice in freestyle and backstroke. Must be able to swim 25 yards without assistance.
•Level 2 (ages 7 - 10) Swimmers with limited swim team experience, proficient at freestyle and backstroke, and a novice at breaststroke and butterfly.
•Level 3 (ages 9 - 19) Swimmers must be proficient at all four strokes (back,freestyle,breast & butterfly). This level will focus on development and endurance of each stroke

The Aquatics Team is certified to teach Swim Lessons University, a lesson program based on the technical progression of the swimmer, while educating them on proper water safety practices. All swimmers will be issued a brightly colored bracelet that not only serves as recognition of each childs’ progress, but communicates the skill level of each swimmer to lifeguards, instructors and parents.
CSD Community Pool staff is committed to educating the community that drowning is preventable by following the Safer 3 Method. Safer Water! Safer Kids! Safer Response! This philosophy is implemented through the District’s swim lesson programs, special pool events, and recreational swim. Helpful Hints for Swim Lesson Registration
- Please make sure you select the appropriate level below for your child. Call 933-6624 for assistance or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- It is recommended that children repeat the last level they completed the previous summer. Most children remain in the same level for two or more sessions.
- Please make sure your child has a swim suit, towel and plenty of sun block! Children in diapers are required to wear a swim diaper (available for purchase at the pool)
- Goggles and swim caps can be worn.
Sunset/Full Moon Paddles
Mon 1/16, Sat 2/4, Mon 2/20, Sat 3/4, or Sat 4/1 • 11am-2pm • $73/1 session
Glide across the water of Lake Natoma beneath the fascinating light and shadows of the setting sun and rising moon. Except for the sounds of animals and birds settling down at twilight, you’ll have the stillness of the lake to yourself. Introductory skills session and equipment provided. Learn to Kayak
Saturday, 2/11 @ 4:30-7:30pm, 3/11 5-8pm, or 4/8 5:30-8:30pm • $53/1 session
Learn proper equipment selection and fit, along with basic safety and paddling skills. We'll tour the lake while refining skills and stopping for lunch along the way. All equipment provided. Please bring a snack or lunch. Instructor: Current Adventures Kayak School
