The El Dorado Hills Community Services District offers a variety of adult classes year round. Dance



Country Line Dancing
$44/4 classes

Beware! You may start out taking one line dance class, then the next thing you'll know is you are hooked! many people find themselves becoming addicted to line dancing because they love the music, the confidence that grows from mastering a dance, and the friendships that start to form. Cooking

Ultimate Chocolate Truffles
Ages 12 & Up  • $39/1 class • CSD Gym Kitchen
Saturday, 9/30 or 12/2 • 10am-12:15pm

Make elegant, dome-shaped truffles with a variety of luscious fillings including: white, milk and dark chocolate. Learn how to flavor basic ganaches (fillings) liqueurs and oils. Make and take a dozen truffles in a gift box, plus receive recipes, notes, tips, and truffle molds. Supply fee of $15 payable to Instructor. Instructor: Karen Moore

If you already play chess, join us and be part of our new Chess Club which will meet bi-monthly. We will exchange playing ideas, recreate famous games and compete with other participants. All ages are welcome and invited to join. Sorry, this is not for brand new beginners, as no lessons will be offered. Bring your own chess board.
