Hatha Yoga Stretch with Deep Relaxation

Sessions include 1.5 hours of continuous flow level-one yoga postures, deep stretching, balance and a variety of yoga breathing techniques. Class concludes with 5-10 minutes of deep relaxation. This program contains no inverted postures. Knowledge of Yoga and or good physical condition is very helpful. Yoga Blocks and a Strap are provided; please bring a mat and towel. Country Line Dance - CSD

This Japanese style of karate provides students a healthy balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. This results in improved coordination, focus, and self confidence. This class accommodates all student levels from beginner to black belt. Each new student will be supplied a Gi to wear in class. No class 6/16, 7/21.

Zumba Gold (SNAP Fitness)

Zumba Gold is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

Spin (SNAP Fitness)

Indoor spin is a great low-impact workout with huge cardiovascular benefits. Lose yourself in the motivating music while working through various drills incorporating speed and resistance. Not sweating isn’t an option, make sure you bring a towel. 

Vinyasa Yoga (SNAP Fitness)

Monday 8-8:55am

Vinyasa yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you will fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting your breath with every movement. Vinyasa Flow will strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and develop your balance. The end of class will focus on restorative poses, so students leave feeling centered and refreshed.

Total Body Conditioning (SNAP Fitness)

This is an all over body workout designed to strengthen and tone all muscles, using a combination of weights and floor work combined with cardio intervals to elevate the heartrate. This is a great class to learn how to work with weights properly, strengthen and define muscles while burning calories.

Pilates (SNAP Fitness)

Tuesday, 5:30-6:25pm
$35/4 sessions • Age 16+

  Registration
A system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to develop the body’s core, mobilize the spine, and build flexibility. With regular practice Pilates can increase flexibility, posture, range of motion, circulation, and abdominal strength.

Kick and Sculpt (SNAP Fitness)

Friday, 9-9:55am
$35/4 sessions • Age 16+

Looking for a fun mix of cardio and strength training? This class will be sure to get your heart rate up with kickboxing as it also helps work out your arms, shoulders, and legs. Then get an extra burn with sculpting exercises using a variety of equipment. Leave this class ready for the weekend!
