Location: PEAK Health & Fitness 2222 Francisco Drive
Instructor: PEAK Staff
Bring: Towel, water bottle and clean tennis shoes
Participants will need to sign a PEAK liability waiver before class, so arrive early.

Adult Karate
Ages 15 & up
We teach exercise and coordination within a self-defense and fighting
system. In a multi-leveled class, workouts are scaled to each person’s ability. Classes are organized, friendly and noncompetitive. Instructors have 40+ years of experience!

Tai Chi for Health
Ages 15 & up
Commonly known as “meditation in motion”, Guang Ping Tai Chi is a gentle form of slow exercise movements for health and relaxation. Daily practice of Tai Chi can help reduce high blood pressure, strengthen internal organs, improve coordination, and offers numerous health benefits. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga for Everyone!
Ages 18 & up
Newcomers and beginning-levels come together in this ongoing yoga series—a meditative practice vs. fitness orientation. Emphasis is on comfort and ease in each pose. Students who are less strong and flexible will be instructed in the use of chairs/yoga blocks to modify poses as needed. More experienced students can forego these yoga aids. Would you like a party workout that helps you tone, sculpt and burn calories? Come try Zumba – the fun, high energy dance craze that takes the “work” out of your work out! The Latin dance music will get your hips and feet moving while you get in shape. Absolutely NO dance experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes, tennis shoes and get ready to have some fun!

RAJA Yoga II: Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Chant
Ages 18 & up
Each session incorporates a deeper study of Yoga Philosophy, gentle stretching, deep breathing, and intermediate hatha yoga postures, in combination with deep relaxation, chant and introspective meditation. RAJA Yoga 1 is a prerequisite for this class. Students must bring their own mat and towel.

El Dorado Hills Women’s Boot Camp
Ages 18 & up
It’s time to get in shape! Full Throttle Fitness is offering a 4 week Women’s Boot Camp outdoor fitness training program.
Decreasing body fat, increasing strength and endurance, and enjoying

available for use. Must have 10 participants for program to continue.
