Participants will need to sign a PEAK liability waiver before class, so arrive early.

We teach exercise and coordination
within a self-defense and fighting
system. In a multi-leveled class, workouts
are scaled to each person’s ability.
Classes are organized, friendly and noncompetitive.

together in this ongoing yoga series—a
meditative practice vs. fitness orientation.
Emphasis is on comfort and ease in
each pose. Students who are less strong
and flexible will be instructed in the use
of chairs/yoga blocks to modify poses as
needed. More experienced students can

Yoga, Meditation & Chant

Each session incorporates a deeper study
of Yoga Philosophy, gentle stretching,
deep breathing, and intermediate hatha
yoga postures, in combination with
deep relaxation, chant and introspective
meditation. RAJA Yoga 1 is a prerequisite
for this class. Students must bring their own
mat and towel.

Fitness is offering a 4 week Women’s
Boot Camp outdoor fitness training program.
Decreasing body fat, increasing
strength and endurance, and enjoying
your workout is what this program is
all about. A typical workout consists of
running, kick-boxing, resistance training,
agility, and core training. All fitness levels
